MONTH OF WEDDING COORDINATION
Looking to have a stress free wedding experience? This is for the couple that wants to plan their big day, but requires help to ensure that day goes as smoothly as planned. The bride should not be running around, making sure that the cake has arrived or that all the bridesmaids got their bouquets. Instead you should be relaxed, and getting ready to shine at what will be the beginning of an amazing chapter in your life.
This package can include:
Initial complimentary meeting to get to know the couple, your vision for your wedding, etc.
Up to 4-hours detailed meeting with couple 6-8 weeks prior to wedding to take over vendor contracts, floor plans, discuss photos and wedding timeline, etc.
One additional consultation; this last meeting will be at the venue to do the final walk-through and confirmations
Access to email and phone for questions and follow up
We become the point of contact for all your vendors and suppliers
Confirmation of contract details, including; time of arrival, balance of fees, special requirements and number of workers, etc.
Detailed timeline that is created and then distributed to the appropriate parties
Coordination of wedding rehearsal
Coordination of ceremony and reception: this includes 2 wedding coordinators on site for up to 15+ hours, set up of ceremony decor and reception décor, escorting guests and delivering payments, collection of gifts and money box, overseeing tear down and putting gifts where they need to be at the end of the night
Access to full wedding day emergency kit, as well as a courtesy wedding checklist for the bride and groom
Starts at $1800.00
