This is for the couples that want to take on the majority of the planning but don't have all the time to shop around for all the best vendors, decor and other items or services that are required. With this package, I can help you find suitable vendors that suit your wedding style and budget, such , as a: baker, calligrapher, florist, rental facilities and more. Planning a wedding can be a lot like throwing a bunch of hats up in the air and not being sure how or when it’s going to land. As a wedding planner, we wear many different hats and juggle many tasks so you don’t have to!
This package includes:
Initial complimentary meeting to get to know the couple, your vision for your wedding, etc.
Two design and planning consultations
Creation of inspiration board and colour palette
Up to 4-hour detailed meeting with couple 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm wedding details
Unlimited access via email and phone for questions and follow up
Management & advice on all outstanding areas including budget allocation
Sourcing outstanding suppliers (max.3)
Providing an action plan for the weeks ahead and the wedding time-line
Being the point of contact for all vendors, suppliers, etc., throughout the final weeks planning
Overseeing and management of all suppliers on the day of, including the venue
